Two-day training for installation, baseline configuration, daily administration and controlled operation of a grommunio environment. After successful completion, participants receive the grommunio Certified Administrator certification; the certificate is issued by grommunio.

• Administrator: installation, baseline configuration, daily administration and operations.
• Engineer: deeper architecture, integration, diagnostics, mail flow and advanced setups.
• The Engineer Deep Dive builds on the Administrator level.

What administrators need to understand in practice

• What grommunio-auth is used for and which role Keycloak plays in the login flow.
• Realm basics, OIDC client, redirect URI, test user and user/group relationship.
• MFA basics, local break-glass administration, token/audience basics and typical client/redirect failures.

Deliberate boundary

The Administrator Training practices the standard product integration and common operational failure patterns. Federation, multiple identity providers, claim mapping, complex flows, passkeys/WebAuthn and high-availability architecture belong in the Engineer Deep Dive.

• Rspamd, MDM, Archive, backup/restore, Meet, Chat, Files and Office are classified as operational and verification topics.
• The goal is administrator confidence in daily operations, not full specialist configuration of every add-on module.
• Deep architecture, migration, high-availability and recovery topics follow in the Engineer Deep Dive or in separate project workshops.

• Understand a grommunio environment from an administrative perspective and verify baseline settings.
• Manage users, groups, domains and mailboxes.
• Use Admin UI and CLI for daily operational tasks.
• Practically verify the intended grommunio-auth/Keycloak login path and classify typical redirect/client errors.
• Use services and logs for first-level troubleshooting.
• Handle typical administration and support cases in a structured way.

• Instructor-led training with prepared lab environment, exercises, material and compact runbook.
• Time for questions, practical checks and feedback on typical operational cases.
• Short practical and factual final competency check instead of a formal standardized exam.
• After successful completion, ForgeOne reports the completion to grommunio; grommunio issues the certificate.
• If the required level is not reached yet, the participant may attend the next regular ForgeOne training of the same certification level once free of charge, subject to available seat.

Regular maximum price: EUR 1,900 net per participant. Group tiers can automatically reduce the price. Online or in-house by arrangement.

Delivery guarantee

Once ForgeOne has accepted your binding registration for a published open training date, the training will take place. You do not need to wait for a participant threshold to be reached; exceptional events remain governed by the applicable terms.

After acceptance, the participant count no longer affects whether the course runs; it can only reduce the price.

Register early without price risk

The regular price shown when you register is your maximum price. If the training reaches a lower group-price tier by seven calendar days before the training starts, your price is automatically reduced. The same established price tier applies to all participants of that open training session.

Registrations accepted after the price cut-off use the already established session price and do not trigger retroactive invoice changes.

The final participant price is determined seven calendar days before training starts. The invoice is issued afterwards; the concrete due date is stated in the offer and confirmation.

Example: if eight participants are bindingly registered seven days before the course starts, every participant in that session receives the group price of EUR 1,700 net instead of EUR 1,900. The invoice is then issued for EUR 1,700 net per participant.

Closed corporate and in-house trainings are quoted separately. Relevant factors include participant count, customization, lab setup, location, travel, trainer requirements and possible course combinations. Public open-session group tiers are not applied automatically.

This form is a non-binding inquiry. If no suitable date is published, ForgeOne may offer a shared open date when compatible inquiries exist. There is no automatic transfer and no disclosure of other interested parties.

When several compatible inquiries exist for the same course and timeframe, ForgeOne may offer a shared open training date. This may allow the group to reach a lower price tier.
