SUSE Virtualization combines KubeVirt-based virtual machines with a Kubernetes-oriented HCI platform. Replacing VMware therefore requires more than VM conversion: hardware, networking, storage, images, guest operating systems, high availability, backup, automation and future operational skills all need to be assessed.
