1. Licensing & Vendor Terms
grommunio is an open-source-based groupware platform. The software itself is freely available. Costs arise from the vendor’s support and maintenance packages.

2. Included 2nd-Level Support (for Your IT Team)
As an official grommunio partner, we support your internal IT team through advisory 2nd-level support.
• Technical consulting via email
• Phone feedback for more complex issues
• Analysis based on provided logs, screenshots, and error descriptions
• Support in evaluating and prioritizing incidents
• Escalation and coordination with grommunio on vendor-related matters
• Coordination of support cases with the manufacturer
This support is exclusively provided to designated IT contacts. Direct end-user support is not included.
3. Billable Additional Services (Hands-On Services)
Operational interventions in your systems are not included in the standard support.

• Direct system analysis and troubleshooting
• Configuration changes
• System adjustments
• Migrations
• Integration into existing infrastructures
• Performance optimization

Unless otherwise agreed, these services are billed on an hourly basis.
Hourly rate: €120.00 net
Billing in 15-minute increments.
4. Project Services & Extensions
Beyond standard support, we assist with:
• Planning and architecture of grommunio environments
• High-availability (HA) design
• Cluster or distributed installations
• Integration into existing identity or mail systems
• Security and backup concepts
• Migration from existing groupware systems
These services are offered on a project basis.
5. Operation by ForgeOne (Special Agreement)
If grommunio is operated by ForgeOne or managed under a managed service model, separate service agreements apply.
